Residents of Nyambene ward have petitioned the county government to expedite the completion of several stalled development projects, including a market shed and a water project that have remained incomplete for over two years.
Speaking during a community baraza, residents said the delays had denied traders proper trading space and left households without reliable access to clean water.
The area Member of County Assembly promised to raise the matter with the relevant county executive committee member and push for the release of funds to complete the projects within the current financial year.
